Leasing Specialist

During the leasing process, our goal is to get your property marketed and get it rented quickly, but we do not market the home until it is “show ready”. If you are still painting or preparing the lawn, etc. we do offer a “COMING SOON” option. We must have at least 3 great photos of the home in areas that are photo ready. We will put the property on the market on our website, multiple listing service and various other websites with this “coming soon” status to start attracting attention. We will NOT show the property until it is ready, but we can be discussing it with prospects in the meantime. This option is only allowed for about 10 days. When the property is fully available and ready, we will have professional photos made as well as video prepared prior to making it “live” and available for showings. We want your home to be presented in its best light online and in person in order to get a great tenant.

During this, you can expect us to be checking on your property and showing it to prospective tenants, as well as updating the listing on various websites, answering potential tenant questions, and communicating with you. We also use a lockbox system which gathers credit and identification information prior to providing a prospective tenant with a code to gain access to view the unit. This allows individuals to view the home both before and after hours and on the weekends from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. This helps tremendously in getting your property rented quickly! The prospects may even apply online as well. Since we have a first come, first served policy - it is time stamped so we know who is first in line to rent.
